Some people do exercise activities such as basketball leagues bowling, or maybe even a simple walk around the office during lunch. Other people do birthday celebrations, Christmas parties or gift exchange, Etc. It doesn’t really matter the activity that you do what matters is that you are spending the time that you normally would be working to get to know and enjoy it other employees at work.
Another thing that will help you enjoy your job is to leave work at work. That means when you go home in the evening or on the weekends or in the morning you are not constantly thinking about work and it is not stressing you out. You are able to relax and enjoy your family while not letting work ruin your off time and your family relationships. This can be very hard to do if you live in a very stressful work life environment. The next thing to do is to work where you are comfortable. Many companies is many employees as they can in a small space such as cubicles. Not everyone is comfortable working in this environment.
